SHIPPING POLICY
Wise Owl Paint/finishes/premium brushes, and ClingOn! brushes are distributed from a warehouse in Michigan.
Please note that processing order times range between 2-3 business days, and shipping takes 2-4 business days. The reason for this timeframe is due to limited staffing with USPS and UPS. We feel very fortunate that the warehouse is able to ship during this time, even with limited staff due to following Covid-19 safety guidelines.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the products offered for sale on our site, all sales are final. If you need help with choosing a paint color, finish, brush, etc., please feel free to contact us prior to ordering by filling out our contact form or chatting live.
If it's past regular business hours, your submission form or chat that you submitted, will be answered the next following business day(the live chat button is located in the Right hand corner of your phone screen that is a gray/white message icon or if you are on your computer it is the purple"ish box that says "Let's Chat!".
